OmeTV Age Restriction Ban Caused by Someone Else Using My Phone

I am a regular user of the OmeTV app. About two days ago, my cousin took my phone without permission and opened the app, and because they did not meet the age requirement, my account was immediately banned. This happened without my knowledge or approval.
Even though there are no paid subscriptions or purchases associated with my account, my access to the app has been completely blocked, and I was not given any information about the duration of the ban. Because my account appears to be permanently suspended, I am experiencing inconvenience and frustration.
I request that the action taken due to my cousin’s age not be held against me as the account owner, and that my account access be restored so I can continue using the app.
