Paid OmeTV Unban Fee but Still Cannot Access Account

About a week ago, my account on the OmeTV app was suddenly banned even though I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior. I do not believe I violated any rules, and I was not given a clear explanation for the ban.
In order to remove the ban, I made a payment, but immediately after the restriction was lifted, my account was blocked again. I paid with my credit card, yet I still cannot properly access my account. This situation feels like both an unfair ban and a payment made for nothing.
I am requesting that OmeTV conduct a detailed review of my account since I believe I was banned unfairly. I ask that the reason for the ban be clearly explained to me and, if no inappropriate behavior is found, that my account be reinstated. Additionally, since I did not receive the service I paid for, I am requesting assistance with a refund of the amount I paid.
