While using the OmeTV app on iOS, I was chatting normally when my younger sibling briefly appeared on the screen. Immediately afterward, my account was permanently banned. I did not receive any warning, explanation, or notice of a rule violation, and my account was blocked without being told what rule I supposedly broke.
In the past, I had been banned 2–3 times, and each time I paid about $12 to remove the ban through the app. In other words, I paid money within the app to regain access to my account. Despite this, my account has now been permanently banned with no explanation, which has left me both frustrated and concerned about the payments I previously made. My account has now been permanently banned for about six months, and I am unable to use the app.
My OmeTV account is registered with the email address [email protected]. I believe the permanent ban was applied simply because my sibling briefly appeared on the screen, without any clear or intentional rule violation.
I request that the exact reason for the permanent ban be clearly explained to me in writing, and that the permanent ban, which I believe is unfair, be reviewed and removed.
