OmeTV Support Not Responding After Unfair Account Ban

My OmeTV account was banned approximately two hours ago without any reason being provided. The app did not give a clear explanation regarding the reason for the ban, and I believe that I was banned unfairly.
I contacted OmeTV to appeal the ban decision, but so far I have received no response. Even though I did not engage in any behavior that violates the terms of use, my access was blocked without any explanation, which has caused me hardship.
I request that my account be reopened and that the ban decision be reviewed, with the specific reason for the ban being clearly and transparently communicated to me.
