I am an adult user of OmeTV, but my account has been banned due to “underage.” On the ban screen, it shows “You’re banned” with the reason “underage” and the ID number 396149 ***. I am 19 years old and therefore above the minimum age requirement to use your service. I believe this ban was applied to my account by mistake. I had previously tried to contact you about this issue but have not received any response yet. I request that you review my account and remove the underage ban. If needed, I am ready to verify my age by sending an ID screenshot showing only my date of birth and hiding other sensitive information. I kindly ask you to check my situation and reactivate my access to OmeTV.
