Ome.tv Wrongly Banned as Underage Despite Being 19 – Age Verification Request

I have been wrongly banned from Ome.tv on my iPad due to an alleged underage violation, even though I am 19 years old. The ban message first appeared yesterday and stated that I was banned for being underage, which is not true. While I was trying to log in again, I accidentally clicked the wrong button, which logged me back into the banned account. Since then, I have not been able to reach the page where the ban message was shown or access Ome.tv properly. I have already contacted Ome.tv support about this issue, but I have not received any response yet. I am asking for my account to be reviewed, my age to be verified, and the ban to be removed so that I can use the platform again.
