I am 19 years old and I am writing about an issue with my Ome.tv account access. While using the platform, I mistakenly entered the wrong age, and after that I was signed out and blocked from continuing to use the service. Now, when I try to use Ome.tv, I see that it says it is only for adults and I cannot access the service, even though I am actually 19 and meet the age requirement.
