OmeTV ID Wrongly Banned as Underage Adult
My OmeTV account was suddenly banned in August 2026, and when I opened the application I saw a notification on the screen stating that my account had been banned. The ban message showed the ban ID as 396935*** and listed the reason as “underage.” I am an adult, so I believe this ban has been applied by mistake. I have not previously contacted OmeTV support about this issue. I am ready to provide any necessary information or documents and to complete an age verification process so that my real age can be confirmed. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, the ban for “underage” be removed if it is indeed an error, and my access to OmeTV be restored as soon as possible.
Hello OmeTV Support,I writing to appeal a ban that was recently applied to my OmeTV account. When attempting to log in, I receive a message stating "You're banned" with the reason listed as "underage". My Ban ID displayed on the screen is [Въведете вашия Ban ID тук].I would like to clarify that I an adult over 18 years old and I fully meet the legal age requirements to use your platform.
