I Face Unfair Ban on Ome TV iPhone App Despite No Rule Violation

I use the Ome TV app on my iPhone and have an active VIP badge. Today, around 2:30 p.m., my account was banned even though I didn’t show or say anything inappropriate—my top was slightly open, but there was absolutely no offensive or explicit content. I even took a screenshot as proof. I had only been using the VIP version of the app for about an hour, and during that time, I didn’t violate any rules.

I believe the ban was issued unfairly and request that my account be reinstated immediately. If my access is not restored, I will no longer consider using the application.
