I was using the Ome TV app on my iPhone. About a year ago, my account was permanently banned during a video chat due to what was claimed to be inappropriate behavior. Since that day, I have not been able to access my account. At the time of the ban, a message appeared on the screen stating “you are banned.” My registered user information is still linked to the account.

Up until now, I have not contacted the Ome TV support team. I request that my account be reopened and that I be allowed to access the platform again. I kindly ask for your assistance regarding this matter.
