I was using the Ome TV app on my iPhone when I was suddenly banned without any valid reason. This happened just a few minutes ago, and the only message displayed on my screen was that “multiple complaints were received from other users.” I want to make it clear that I did not violate any rules or engage in inappropriate behavior.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have faced such an issue. On two previous occasions, I was banned in a similar way, but after contacting Ome TV’s support team, the bans were eventually lifted. Now, it has happened again, and I am once more left frustrated. At the moment, I do not have any paid membership or active subscription tied to my account. I also do not see any visible username, email, or customer ID attached to my profile, which makes it difficult to verify and resolve this situation.
I strongly believe this ban is unjust and caused by an algorithm error or false reports from other users. I request that Ome TV promptly review my account, remove this wrongful ban, and implement stronger measures to prevent users from being unfairly flagged in the future. No user should be penalized without clear evidence of misconduct.
