I suddenly can’t get into the Ome TV app. I haven’t done anything wrong—only my face appears on the screen in the photo. Despite no actions on my part, my access was blocked for “rude behavior.” This is unfair and confusing because I didn’t violate any rules. I’m asking for this mistake to be fixed and my account restored immediately. Please address this issue so I can continue using the app without wrongful bans. Thank you.
