Ome TV Banned Me Instead of the Abusive User — Need Ban Lifted
On October 16, 2025, while using the Ome TV app on my iPhone, I was wrongfully banned during a conversation in which the other user used inappropriate language toward me. Despite the fact that I did not violate any rules, my account was banned.
My username/ID is 324972789.
The app informed me that a 719-hour ban (approximately 30 days) had been applied to my account. After the incident, I did not receive any explanation and was unable to contact in-app support or customer service.
I find it extremely unfair that I was banned even though I was the victim of the other user’s misconduct.
I respectfully request that my ban be completely lifted and that a detailed explanation be provided regarding why this action was taken.
