What to do when Olymptrade doesn’t respond to your emails and you need effective support:
1. Use the official request form:
Go to the webpage → Submit a request. Describe your issue briefly, attach screenshots (deposits, trades, blocks), and keep the ticket number.
2. Use the built-in chat:
Available on the web and mobile platform. If the bot can’t help, type “agent” or “human support” to reach a real representative.
3. Follow up by email:
Resend your message to [email protected] and include your previous ticket number with the subject: “Urgent follow-up – no response from support.”
4. Contact them through official social networks:
OlympTrade is active on Twitter (X) and Facebook. Public posts often receive faster responses.
If none of these methods work and support continues to ignore you, file a complaint on Xolvie to document the issue and get guidance on pushing for a resolution.
