Olymp Trade Holding My ₹135,100 After Sudden Account Ban

I have been using a real trading account on Olymp Trade from India, and on the evening of 22 February 2026 at around 7 p.m., my account was suddenly suspended without any prior notice or explanation. I did not receive any email, in‑app notification, or message stating the reason for this suspension. When my account was suspended, the balance in my real account was 135,100 rupees. Since the suspension, I have sent many emails to Olymp Trade support, but I have not received any response or clarification about why my account has been blocked or what will happen to my funds. This situation is causing me serious concern because a large amount of my money is locked in the account, and I have no information about its status. I kindly request that my full balance of 135,100 rupees be returned to my wallet as soon as possible, or that a clear and detailed explanation be provided and the issue be resolved immediately. I expect Olymp Trade to review my case urgently and give me a prompt written response.
