I deposited money into my Olymp Trade account, made some trades, and earned a profit. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, I received an "incorrect account" error, preventing me from accessing my money.

I immediately contacted customer support, but no one responded. I even sent multiple emails, yet I still haven’t received any help. Since I couldn’t withdraw, I felt forced to keep trading to avoid losing access to my balance, and as a result, I lost my money.

This is completely unacceptable! I demand a response from Olymp Trade and access to my remaining funds. A trading platform should not block withdrawals without explanation!
