Olymp Trade Delayed My Withdrawal for 15 Days Without Explanation

I am an Olymp Trade user from India, and I requested a withdrawal of 889.52 from my trading account on 02/01/2026 via IMPS. It has now been 15 days, and the withdrawal has still not been credited to my account, even though my previous withdrawals from the same trading account were always processed successfully. The transaction/reference ID for this withdrawal request is 224345802. I have contacted Olymp Trade support many times regarding this issue, but I have not received any reply at all. The lack of response and clarity about where my money is and why it is delayed is very worrying and disappointing, especially considering my history of successful withdrawals on the platform. I request that this withdrawal of 889.52 with reference ID 224345802 be either credited to my account immediately or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation for the delay and the current status of the transaction. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and resolved as soon as possible.

No progress. It looks like you are not interested in resolving the issue. Why can’t you check with your bank for the details? No such amount has been received in my bank account. These are only delaying tactics. You know that the payment was reversed by the IMPS network, but you do not want to process the payment again. If you are sincere, then resolve this issue properly. Otherwise, just admit that you are keeping my money. This is equivalent to fraud. You claim to have sent the payment and then ask me to obtain the details myself. I will permanently stop using the Olymp Trade platform and will share my experience across social media so that no one else is cheated by this worst trading platform. You are deceiving innocent traders and taking their hard-earned money.
