Deposit Problem From Olymp Trade And Neglecting My Concerns

I am writing regarding a problem with a deposit I made to my Olymp Trade account from India. On 5 February 2026, I deposited 9,500 INR via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank/UPI account on the same day, but it has not been reflected in my Olymp Trade balance. In the Olymp Trade app, the status of this transaction is shown as “payment cancelled,” yet the 9,500 INR has already been taken from my account. I contacted Olymp Trade support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and my balance has still not been updated. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the 9,500 INR to my Olymp Trade trading account or refunding the full amount of 9,500 INR to my original UPI/bank account. I expect a clear explanation of why the payment is marked as cancelled in the app, even though the money was deducted, and I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible.
