Olymp Trade Won’t Let Me Withdraw via Payfix—No Response from Support

I am trying to withdraw money from my Olymp Trade account using Payfix, but the platform won’t accept my Payfix account number. No matter what I do, it keeps rejecting it. I contacted customer support via email to report this issue, but they haven’t responded at all. This is unacceptable! I need access to my funds, and Olymp Trade must fix this issue immediately. If my withdrawal problem is not resolved soon, I will escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities. Olymp Trade, respond and resolve this now! Has anyone else had trouble withdrawing through Payfix? If so, how did you fix it? My ID number is 121390973.
