Olymp Trade Failed to Credit ₹9,199.40 Deposit After Successful Google Pay Payment
On 27 August 2026, I made a deposit of ₹9,199.40 to my Olymp Trade account using Google Pay via UPI through my State Bank of India account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account and the transaction is marked as completed, but the deposit has still not been credited to my Olymp Trade trading account. During the payment process, the payment page expired, but I was given the option to submit my UTR/reference number, which I did. I also provided proof of payment, including my bank statement, as requested by your support team, so that the transaction could be investigated properly. Despite fully cooperating and submitting all the evidence asked for, my money remains missing. Since then, I have contacted customer support multiple times over the last 46 days. Instead of providing a concrete solution, I keep receiving the same type of reply stating that the Financial Team is processing my ticket and asking me to wait another week or several more days. It is now 13 October 2026, yet I still have no clear update, no refund, and my trading account has not been credited. I understand that payment investigations can take time, but constantly extending the waiting period without a clear explanation or result is not acceptable. ₹9,199.40 is a significant amount for me and I should not have to keep chasing support for weeks just to find out what happened to my own funds. I request that Olymp Trade urgently investigate this transaction in detail and either credit the ₹9,199.40 to my trading account or refund it back to my original payment method. I also expect a clear explanation of what exactly went wrong with this transaction and a specific, meaningful update on my case, rather than another generic response that it is “being processed”. I am sharing this experience publicly because despite repeated private follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that a prompt and fair resolution is finally provided.
