Olymp Trade ₹700 UPI Deposit Missing
On 22 September 2026 at around 1:20 PM, I deposited ₹700 on the Olymp Trade platform. The payment was made through BHIM UPI and shows as successful under the name “Sanmugavalli M***” with Transaction ID 132040078896. Despite this, considerably more than 24 hours have passed, but the amount has still not been credited to my Olymp Trade trading account. After this issue occurred, I contacted Olymp Trade support, and they created ticket #36505824 with the title “TXN Follow-up,” which is still showing the status “In progress.” Every time I contact support, they simply ask for an additional 5 days and continue delaying the matter, but they have neither issued a refund nor credited the money to my trading account. Their behavior makes me feel that they are holding my ₹700 without any valid reason. I want my ₹700 to be either credited immediately to my Olymp Trade trading account (trading card) or refunded to my bank/UPI account without any further delay. I also request a clear written explanation regarding why this deposit has been delayed, so that such cases do not happen again in the future.
