I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Olymp Trade account registered with the email address jtcreation***@gmail.com. On 12/01/2026 at around 02:30 pm, I made a deposit of 15,000 INR via UPI using PhonePe, but this amount has still not been credited to my account or returned to my bank. Since the day of the transaction, I have been in continuous contact with Olymp Trade through email and the Olymp chat bot, but the issue has not been resolved and I have not received any clear solution or refund. This long delay and lack of effective support has caused me significant concern about the safety of my funds. I am using Olymp Trade from India and I request that my deposit be urgently located and either credited properly to my trading account or refunded to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
