I Face Olymp Trade Account Block With $600 Funds Stuck

I have been using the Olymp Trade mobile app in India, and on June 23, 2022, my trading account was suddenly blocked. The only explanation I received referred to Section 8.2, Paragraph 1.2 of the user agreement, but no clear or specific reason for the blocking was provided.

Because of this restriction, I am unable to access or withdraw my own funds, and an amount of ₹50,000 (approximately $600) remains stuck in my Olymp Trade account. I have contacted Olymp Trade customer support multiple times, but despite my repeated attempts, my account is still blocked and the issue has not been resolved.

I request that my deposited amount of ₹50,000 (approximately $600) be fully refunded to me as soon as possible. I also expect a clear and detailed written explanation regarding why my account was blocked under Section 8.2, Paragraph 1.2 of the user agreement.
