I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Olymp Trade trading account. I deposited 1,000 via Paytm from India, and when I tried to withdraw my money, my account was suddenly blocked on 20 February 2026. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Olymp Trade customer support. Each time, I receive the same answer that my account will be activated after 72 hours, but nothing has changed and my account remains blocked. I still cannot access my account or withdraw my funds, despite having all payment proofs for the deposit. I request that my account be urgently unblocked and that my funds of 1,000 be made fully available for withdrawal back to my Paytm account. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my account was blocked in the first place and why the promised 72-hour activation has not been fulfilled after so many days.
