Oleg Cassini Wedding Dress Alterations Not Provided After Purchase

During the summer of 2025, on April 20, 2025, I purchased a wedding dress from the Oleg Cassini store on Bağdat Avenue in Kadıköy for $640. I received my wedding dress; however, since my wedding had not yet taken place, I specifically postponed the alterations until a later date. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that alterations were included in the purchase price and that my right to have the dress altered would be kept indefinitely. I was also specifically told that I could come in for alterations approximately 1.5 months before my wedding.

After recently seeing reports that Oleg Cassini may be withdrawing from the Turkish market, I repeatedly tried to contact the store and customer service to make sure I would not lose my alteration entitlement and to obtain clear information. Despite contacting the Kadıköy Bağdat Avenue store, social media accounts, WhatsApp line, and all other available communication channels multiple times, I have received no response whatsoever. One of the employees I had previously been in contact with even saw my messages but did not respond, and being unable to reach any authorized representative has caused me significant hardship.

At this point, I am unable to use the alteration service that I was told was included in the purchase price and would remain available indefinitely, and I cannot find anyone to assist me. Due to this uncertainty, I request that my alteration entitlement be fully honored, that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved, and that all of my consumer rights be protected, including a refund if necessary.

Regarding my case number **soltur010303**, I kindly request that I be contacted as soon as possible and that my complaint be resolved without further delay. I can be reached at **s****@gmail.com**.
