I've been trying to complete the identity verification process on the OKX platform for nearly two months, but I keep hitting a wall. I'm using the latest version of the OKX app on my Samsung A51 and have followed every instruction precisely. Still, I constantly get the message: “Verification failed.”

I’ve tried everything—uninstalling and reinstalling the app, switching between different internet connections, and even using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. None of these efforts have resolved the issue. The verification still won’t go through, no matter how many times I retry.

I reached out to OKX customer service hoping for support, but all I got was a vague promise that they would “look into it.” Weeks have passed, and I haven’t received a single meaningful response or solution.

This is unacceptable for a platform that handles user funds and requires sensitive personal information. I’m asking OKX to urgently resolve this verification issue. I want to access all features of my account without being stuck in this endless loop. Please provide a real fix and follow up with a proper resolution.
