Unauthorized Charge by OkCupid After Cancellation


I cancelled my subscription, but OkCupid still took out almost $38, which put my account balance in the negative. I can't see the payment on Google Playstore, and the receipt doesn't mention Google at all. Even though OkCupid doesn't appear in my Google subscriptions, they keep insisting that Google is the one responsible for issuing refunds. Google, though, says they don't own the payment. I want my money back right away. I expected a smooth and transparent cancellation process, but this experience has been nothing short of a financial headache. I hope that by bringing attention to this issue, OkCupid and Google can work together to rectify the situation promptly and restore the wrongfully charged amount.
