I subscribed to OkCupid, then canceled my membership, but I’m still being charged, and it’s not a small amount—it’s being charged in dollars. Please cancel my Premium membership. I’m currently unemployed, so this is causing financial strain. Also, it’s not showing up in Google Payments. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. If I’ve misunderstood something, please inform me because I’m writing this due to not seeing the membership listed.
