Unable to Reset OkCupid Password - No Response from Support

I have an OkCupid account but forgot my password. When I request a password reset, I don’t receive the link in my email—neither in the inbox, spam, nor drafts. I’ve tried both the web and mobile apps. I’ve emailed support and messaged them on Instagram, but I haven’t received any response. I’m frustrated with the lack of support and want to close my account, but I’m effectively locked out of the site. This is a frustrating situation!
