I Can’t Log Into My OkCupid Account and Password Reset Emails Never Arrive

I’ve been trying to log into my OkCupid account for several days now, but no matter what I do, I keep running into errors—both through the mobile app and the website. It keeps rejecting my login attempts and throws up error messages every single time. I know for a fact that I’m entering the correct details, so there’s clearly a technical issue on OkCupid’s end.
To fix it, I tried using the “Forgot Password” option and entered my email, but I never receive the reset email. I’ve checked my inbox, spam, and every folder, but nothing ever arrives. This has left me completely locked out of my account with no support or alternative solution.
It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a dating platform and not even be able to access it. There’s no live support, and I’m just stuck waiting without help. I expect OkCupid to take responsibility and assist with restoring my account as soon as possible. I’m tired of technical issues and being ignored. If this doesn’t get resolved, I’ll have no choice but to stop using the platform altogether.
