I downloaded the OkCupid app on my phone, but I can’t log in. After entering my phone number and password, the app displays a phone number error and denies access. I even reset my password and tried again, but the problem persists.

This issue is extremely frustrating, and I’m unable to use the app at all. I expect immediate assistance to resolve this matter so I can access my account. OkCupid needs to address this technical issue promptly and ensure users can log in without such difficulties. Please provide a solution as soon as possible.
