I Cannot Reset My Instagram Password Despite Email and Phone

I’ve been attempting to reset my Instagram password, but I keep hitting the same wall. I still have access to my email and phone number, but the system won't allow me to finish the reset process. I submitted the selfie video they asked for, but the link they gave me afterward was completely nonfunctional. My username is o**** and I never activated two-factor authentication, but now it keeps asking for a code that I’ve never set up. I took the step of reporting the issue on Sikayetvar.com, hoping for some real attention to be given to it. I really need Instagram's assistance to get my account back. I’m unable to confirm anything via my email (o****@gmail.com) as well, and I’m not sure why that is. The whole experience has been exhausting and perplexing, and I feel utterly overlooked.
