I Can’t Log In to My OkCupid Account Even Though My Password Is Correct

I’ve been trying to log in to my OkCupid account, but even though I’m absolutely sure my password is correct, the system keeps rejecting it. When I try to reset the password, I don’t receive any email, and no SMS comes through to my registered phone number either. Instead, I get repeated “incorrect password” or “invalid info” messages.

This is extremely frustrating because I haven’t changed anything on my account, and I know my login details are accurate. The app seems to be malfunctioning, and I’m locked out of my own profile with no way to recover access.
