I’ve been trying to log in to my OkCupid account, but even though I’m absolutely sure my password is correct, the system keeps rejecting it. When I try to reset the password, I don’t receive any email, and no SMS comes through to my registered phone number either. Instead, I get repeated “incorrect password” or “invalid info” messages.
