OkCupid Password Reset Email Not Sending
For the past three days, I have been unable to log in to my OkCupid account. Since I forgot my password, I followed the “reset password” steps and entered my registered email address, but I have not received any password reset email.
Even though I repeatedly entered the email address that I regularly use and am certain is linked to my account, I have not received a single password reset email in three days. As a result, I cannot access my account.
I request that OkCupid send the password reset link to the email address registered to my account and provide the necessary support so I can regain access.
