I Keep Getting Verification Errors on OkCupid Premium With No Customer Support

I am a Premium subscriber on OkCupid, yet I constantly receive a "general verification error" every time I try to use the app or website. It’s beyond frustrating, especially considering I’m paying for a premium service. I use the account associated with ta**********@gmail.com**, and despite multiple issues, I haven’t been able to find a customer service contact or live support to help resolve the problem.

Every time I log in, the platform aggressively pushes for upgrades, urging me to pay more for additional features. But when it comes to basic functionality and support, there’s absolutely nothing. There is no proper help center, no email support that actually replies, and no live chat option. As a paying customer, I expect much better service than this.

I’m requesting that this verification error be fixed immediately and that OkCupid provide accessible and responsive support channels for Premium users. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will cancel my subscription and report the issue through all necessary channels. Please take this complaint seriously and address it without further delay.
