GeForce NOW’s 100-Hour Limit Requires Extra Payments

I have been using NVIDIA GeForce NOW since the service first launched. Most recently, I accessed the German GeForce NOW website through a VPN and purchased the RTX 5080 plan for approximately $25. I specifically chose this service because I wanted unlimited gaming, but the recently introduced 100-hour playtime limit has caused me significant frustration.

The 100-hour limit has applied since the moment I purchased the plan. Once I reach the limit, I am required to pay an additional fee to continue playing. I already paid a substantial amount for this package, so I do not consider repeated additional charges fair. When purchasing the service, I expected to play without an hourly restriction in return for the advertised subscription price.

Although I contacted customer service, I received no meaningful assistance, and my problem remains unresolved. When I compare international prices and service terms with the conditions faced by users in Turkey, I see an enormous difference. I am extremely dissatisfied with this disparity.

I am requesting that NVIDIA remove the 100-hour limit from my paid plan or, at minimum, allow me to continue using my current subscription without any additional charges. I also expect GeForce NOW to introduce fairer, more transparent, and more reasonable pricing and subscription policies for users in Turkey.
