NTTGame, your lack of interest in addressing issues beyond selling cash is unacceptable! The game is flooded with cheaters, and yet, there is no proper platform on your website to file complaints or report issues. Game managers and employees (GMs) seem entirely absent, as they fail to monitor the situation or take any corrective actions.

The Zero server is overrun with cheaters and Koxp users—there are more than 20,000 players exploiting the game, and no penalties are being enforced. It's disheartening for legal players like myself who invest money into this game to see such negligence. This is not only unfair but also driving away loyal players.

I urge you to take immediate action. Visit the Zero server, identify these cheaters, and clean up the game. If this neglect continues, I will escalate my complaints to every possible platform and email channel until there is accountability. Legal players deserve a fair gaming experience, and the current state of your servers is far from acceptable.
