I purchased 2800 FC Points for EA Sports FC25 through the PS App at 13:46, but the points have still not been added to my account. It’s been hours, and there’s no sign of them. I checked both the game and the EA Companion app, hoping to find a resolution or at least an explanation, but there’s absolutely nothing helpful—no progress, no support, no trace of the transaction being processed.

This is unacceptable, especially considering the price paid and the expectation of instant delivery.
