I'm Struggling With Weight Maintenance After Noom
I tried Noom a while back, and at first, it felt amazing, wasn't some crazy fad diet, but more about healthy habits for the long haul, believe me or not even lost a bunch of weight by following their calorie plan and making healthier choices every day. The app itself was cool, and my coach kept me motivated, so far so good, once I stopped, the weight started creeping back on. I tried sticking to the good habits I learned, but it's way harder without someone cheering you on. even contacted Noom for tips on keeping the weight off after the program, but their advice was lame. For a program all about long-term health, they don't exactly make it easy to stay on track, I’m feeling scared to start over the whole process now.
