I Lost All My Progress After Purchasing a Full Noom Membership and Had to Start Over
Having used the app for a trial version of Noom—which I usually liked despite the rather labor-intensive workout trackin...g—I opted to purchase a full membership. When I went back in, though, I was horrified to see that all of my work had been erased, and would have to start the program from nothing.
