I joined right away after giving birth because I thought it would help me reach my health and fitness goals again. I was wrong, a straight-up scam. It's a whole different story once you're inside, even though they make you believe they can help you lose weight and get healthier. became very interested in counting calories, which was not a good thing, drove me completely crazy! I was worried about everything I ate all the time, made me even more messed up instead of helping me learn how to eat well. thought that Noom would be an amazing, life-changing experience, but it wasn't at all, didn't help me at all, a waste of time and money to me….I really don't think anyone should use Noom. It's not worth it.

56 Having used the app for a trial version of Noom—which I usually liked despite the rather labor-intensive workout tracking—I opted to purchase a full membership. When I went back in, though, I was horrified to see that all of my work had been erased, and would have to start the program from nothing. ...

844 Beware! BetterMe is anything but budget-friendly. I strongly discourage you from making any purchases. They take money from my card without my permission or justification every week. Initially, I thought I was enrolling in a low-cost diet program for only 8 liras. They did, however, deduct 268 liras...
