I Lost All My Progress After Purchasing a Full Noom Membership and Had to Start Over

Having used the app for a trial version of Noom—which I usually liked despite the rather labor-intensive workout tracking—I opted to purchase a full membership. When I went back in, though, I was horrified to see that all of my work had been erased, and would have to start the program from nothing. I reset my account and reloaded the software following customer service guidelines, but it had no effect. They finally informed me they were powerless to bring back my lost advancement. I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund. I felt let down and this experience was quite depressing. Excellent customer service!
