Severe Itching from Nivea Men Deodorant – Request for Replacement

I’ve always trusted Nivea products, so I recently bought two Nivea Men deodorants from Çağrı Market. However, after using it post-shower, I experienced intense itching under my arms. This has happened multiple times now, despite having no known allergies or sensitivities. Since the product has been used, the store refuses to accept a return. I kindly request a replacement or for the new products to be sent to an address I can provide.
