I Used Nivea Sensitive Face Wash Cream but It Doesn’t Clean My Skin at All

I bought the Nivea Sensitive Face Cleansing Cream assuming it would be gentle and effective for my sensitive skin. However, it turns out that this product does not cleanse the skin at all. I genuinely don’t understand how it can be marketed as a “cleanser” when it fails to perform the basic function of cleaning the face.
After using the cream twice, even with the aid of a facial brush, I still found visible dirt and residue on my skin when I followed up with toner. I even included a photo of the cotton pad as proof of how much grime remained.
In reality, this product behaves more like a moisturizer than a cleanser. If I had wanted a hydrating cream, I would have bought one. Consumers need clear, honest product labeling—especially those of us with sensitive skin who rely on accurate claims. I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience and expect Nivea to address this misleading product description and consider reformulating or relabeling it accordingly. This is not the level of quality I expected from such a well-known brand.
There has been no response at all, the product is basically trash.
