I Got Breakouts and Bumps After Using Nivea Derma Skin Clear

I started using Nivea Derma Skin Clear hoping it would help clear up my skin, but instead, it made things much worse. Shortly after I began applying the product, my face developed tiny rough bumps, and my acne started spreading rapidly. I’m now incredibly uncomfortable with how my skin looks and feels, and I’m genuinely stressed about the long-term effects this may have on my complexion.
At this point, I’m afraid to continue using the product, yet I’m also worried the damage it caused—especially the dark spots and breakouts—might not go away at all. I purchased this product because I trusted the Nivea brand, but I honestly regret that decision now.
I need clear guidance from the company: should I stop immediately? Is this a known issue? And most importantly, how do I reverse the effects it has caused? I urge Nivea to respond and take this matter seriously. Skin health is not something to be taken lightly, and consumers deserve transparency and support.
