Bepanthol Derma Face Wash Caused Dryness and Acne – Not Gentle as Advertised

I have clear, acne-free skin, and I trusted Bepanthol Derma as a high-quality brand for skincare. Wanting a gentle daily cleanser, I purchased the Bepanthol Derma Purifying & Revitalizing Face Wash, which claims to cleanse without drying out the skin.

However, instead of providing hydration and nourishment, this cleanser severely dried out my skin and even caused breakouts—something I had never experienced before! I was expecting a soothing formula, but instead, my skin felt tight, irritated, and far from refreshed.

Bepanthol, what went wrong? This product did the opposite of what it promised! I regret buying it and won’t trust this cleanser again. Fix the formula or at least warn users about these effects!
