Adverse Skin Reaction to Nivea Facial Cleansing Foam, My Face Is Burning

Face Wash by Nivea not for regular human beings!!!  Instantly after applying the foam, my face became red and a few small bumps appeared. I washed my face quickly to relieve the pain, but my skin was still horribly burned. The number of similar complaints about Nivea is deeply concerning, and it almost destroyed my face. So upsetting that I have to go through this....how will I even fix it.  Because of the harm that Nivea's product has caused me and the countless others who have experienced similar issues, I feel compelled to lodge a formal complaint against the company. Following the directions and having faith in Nivea's ability to provide a quality product led me to use their product as intended. Unfortunately, after using their facial cleansing foam, I experienced severe skin damage and discomfort. It is my responsibility to hold Nivea liable for any harm their product may cause to its customers' skin.
