I used the Nivea face wash, and as soon as I applied it to my face, it felt like chili pepper was poured on my skin. My entire face turned bright red, and I had to hold ice-cold water to my face for two hours to relieve the burning. I almost went to the emergency room because the pain was so intense. It wasn't just redness; my skin felt tight and painful. My forehead, nose, and cheekbones were completely red. After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one experiencing this. I will never purchase this product again. Nivea needs to address this issue immediately!
