Nivea Face Wash Caused Severe Irritation and Redness After Use

Two days ago, I bought Nivea face wash, and I deeply regret it. After using it, my face burned intensely, turning red and irritated. This is unacceptable—people's health shouldn’t be treated so lightly. I contacted BİM, where I purchased it, and they told me to file a complaint on the BİM website. Everyone seems to be passing the responsibility around, and I’m frustrated with the lack of accountability. I demand an explanation and proper action regarding this product that caused such harm to my skin.
