I purchased my Nissan Qashqai approximately one year ago from the Eyüpsultan Nissan Mar dealership. As of this morning, I noticed peeling on the multimedia screen. There was no such issue before, and I do not find it normal or acceptable for the vehicle to develop this kind of problem in such a short time.

After noticing the issue, I contacted the Nissan Customer Support Line and was redirected to the Çekmeköy dealership. The dealership stated that they had never encountered such a problem before (even though there are actually many similar complaints) and said they would forward the issue to the technical team. However, no one from the technical team answered the phone, and I have not received any follow-up so far.

My vehicle is only one year old, and it is unacceptable for this type of interior equipment defect to occur. I believe this issue should be covered under warranty. I request that the peeling multimedia screen be replaced under warranty without any cost to me, and that I be informed about the matter as soon as possible.
